Anthony Gee is a Mechanical Engineer with 42 years of fire protection manufacturing and engineering experience. Anthony has worked for US and Canadian fire detection and suppression manufacturers of brands such as Securiplex, Ansul, Victualic Vortex, Stat-X, and now GreenSol & GreenPort. Anthony special hazard fire protection system experience include water, gas, and condensed aerosol protection of domestic and international commercial and industrial facilites, power generation and distribution systems, energy storage systems, wind turbines, electrical substations, oil & gas plants, offshore platforms, marine and naval machinery spaces, and many other applications. Anthony is a member of SFPE, NFPA, ISO, and FSSA.
Presentation Description:
Condensed Aerosol Fire Suppression Systems
The presentation will be a general overview of Condensed Aerosol Fire Suppression Systems that are compliant with NFPA 2010 (Standard for Fixed Aerosol Fire-Extinguishing Systems) and UL2775 (Standard for Fixed Aerosol Extinguishing Units). A comparison between the technical strengths and limitations between condensed aerosol systems and clean agent systems will be highlighted, and various actual applications and installations will be reviewed. Finally, the GreenSol Fixed Condensed Aerosol System and the GreenPort Portable Aerosol Units will be introduced.
